  • Yin

    Slow down and soften with Yin yoga —a meditative practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues. Through long-held, floor-based postures, and use of props, you’ll enhance flexibility, mobility, and inner awareness. This class invites stillness, breath, and presence —a chance to release tension and reconnect with yourself. Class is not heated.

  • Moon Flow

     Gentle + Grounding 🌙

    Intuitive, introspective, and breath-led.  These classes invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect through mindful movement and stillness.  Ideal for reconnecting with your inner rhythm, those healing or recovering, or anyone needing a moment of peace. This class is heated to 90 degrees.

  • Earth Flow

    Balanced + Embodied 🌍

    Steady & strong, Earth classes offer a moderate-paced flow rooted in breath and alignment.  You'll build strength, flexibility, and focus through intentional transitions and grounded movement, building resiliency.  This class is heated to 90 degrees.

  • Sun Flow

    Strong + Energizing ☀️

    Radiant, fast-paced and bold. Sun flows bring the heat with powerful breathwork, dynamic sequencing, and full-body activation.  Come ready to sweat, move with intention, and feel your own strength rise.  This class is heated to 90 degrees.


  • Power

    Build heat, strength, and stamina at an intentional, steady pace that leaves space to truly breathe and explore each pose. This powerful practice challenges you to deepen your strength, flexibility, and connection to your edge, with plenty of layers offered along the way. Expect to sweat, play, and grow. This class is heated to 90 degrees.

  • Atlas Restore

    Relax in supported, passive stretches that down-regulate the nervous system. Reset your body in longer, healing holds with the use of props like blankets and blocks prioritizing a calm & peaceful mind. This class is helpful in your journey towards recovery of an injury and improving sleep habits. It’s also amazingly peaceful and serene. Class is not heated.

Our movement classes are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.

  • Sculpt 🔥🔥 ⚡⚡⚡

    Sweat in a cardio-enhanced session with weights and/or resistance bands. Engage muscles you never thought you had through a dynamic warm-up, intentional exercises challenging muscular and cardio strength and endurance, followed by a cool down. You’ll leave stronger than before. This class is heated to 80 degrees.

  • Mat Pilates 🔥🔥 ⚡⚡⚡

    Looking for a way to blend strength and flexibility into one class? Mat Pilates focuses on a targeted series of repetitive intentional full-body movements. Your core and glutes will be feeling spicy as you progress through lengthening high repetition low weight dumbbell/ankle weight movements. This class focuses on improving functional strength, balance, and postural alignment. This class is heated to 80 degrees.

  • BURN: 45 ⚡⚡⚡

    Build strength, stability, and total-body tone in this efficient 45-minute workout. This class blends functional strength training into dynamic sequencing designed to build total-body strength. You’ll move with intention, challenge your muscles, and leave feeling strong, energized, and grounded. Expect a mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight, & kettlebells. Class will be non-heated.

  • Atlas Bootcamp 🔥 ⚡⚡⚡

    Atlas Bootcamp is designed to challenge you both physically and mentally. You’ll engage in a mix of circuits, strength training, and yoga, offering a well-rounded challenge for your muscles, heart, and mind.  Come, ready to sweat and bring your sneakers! Studio is warm around 80 degrees,
